Yeah unfortunately the group by isn't like last year. There so called guarantee on this is 5 months and you only have a week to order. Think I am gonna go with the Calmini winch now instead.

Rock Sliders are now ordered! Extra support tube and grey powder coat. Now to set brain to geologic time scale so the sliders will arrive in no time. Kudos to humz for the information on the group buy.

Exactly why I backed out, but I'm not sure why I expected anything different from the get go.

I think I'm sold on a set of Heftys...more substantial square tubing, standard with 4 supports, looks like they offer superior protection at the front and rear fenders, and a better no-drilling mounting solution.

I was thinking about getting a Calmini (cheap, quick and easy) for a little bit. Just getting it PC'd white and welded with custom brackets to compensate for the body lift. But I realized that by then I might as well have someone local just make them from scratch.

As much as I love my front bumper (steel plate) I think I could really use the weight reduction in the back from going with tubing. Still need to put a lot in the bed sometimes. Not to mention the tubing can look good and custom can wrap it down to my sliders to cover the rear quart panels.
