Who's got Full Leaf Packs on here?

I was just wondering because I want to uprade to those soon. I know there is a few people on here with these so what do you guys think so far? Stiff, soft? How much lift did you ask for you? Any info on payload? Just wondering. PRG Greg said the ones on frontiers that he's been in were really stiff so I'm I'm trying to get a good idea on a specs needed to build my leaf pack.

Have you tried calling Alcan? All you need to do is give them the vehicle and the length of the pack (mideye to mideye), then you tell them what you want it to do. Then can figure out the rest by what you want.

Anyone know what the update is with Prg's new deaver replacement packs?? price, reviews? I really need a solution for my rear without going all out yet. My rear, even with the shocks, isnt soaking up much out in the desert and the stock leafs with aals has almost completely flattened out.

Greg has his first leaf-pack out for testing now I believe. I have a request in to him for feedback as soon as testing is done.

Just get the 62" deavers. It's a little bit of fab work to install, but when properly set up you get 18" of proven and tested travel. They are on my summers to do list. Chaos even sells a complete set of every thing you need. Rear shackels, front spring hangers, spring pearches, and ubolt plates. A properly sprung under deaver set up is going to be better then any factory replacement set.

62", would that be used for over or under axle? Well depending on price... I'll look into it. I want the best for the truck but moneys tight right now and i still need a rear solution. Alot of rangers use that same pack huh?

Right now Greg has one of his leaf packs built and on a truck. The people he sent it to were lagging on installing it, and if I remembered correctly they are in Florida(I could be totally wrong in the location, that's just what I seem to remember he told me ). So I am not sure how much feedback we will get that is useful. He is not sure on production cost, but I would expect it to be around 600$. He said he would get me the first production pack once they come in. I am not sure if I will go with it, but I would definitely like to test it out. From what I have heard and read, the f55 deavers for the Yota would work perfectly on our trucks sprung under. The f55 pack will probably net you a bunch more travel over Greg's since it's a long travel pack.

can the 2.25 rear saws handle that much travel or would i need new shocks?... just not ready to rip apart the bed yet.

if you go with Greg's pack you will probably need to get extended brake lines for the rear, but the SAW's we have should work. Now, if you go with the f55's you will probably have to put some limit straps on until your ready to build the rear cage and cut the bed. The f55's will require a little fab work too, you will need to move your front leaf mounts a little forward, have a wider shackle made, and re-locate the mounts on the axle to the bottom to run the springs under.
