Jen I believe you know my input for this next update but I'll repost it here for others to see/comment on.
Potential improvement to the Titan swap section
Before I knew what I know now about the T swap, what you have currently under the details would have swayed me away from doing it (mainly the part about the cost). So I thought it might be a good idea to split the T swap into two versions, a Budget (basically what I have for the time being. ie: stock arms, struts and/or spacers, ext axles) and a Full Potential (fancy coilovers and arms, m205, etc). I say this as I feel it will make a T swap a more feasible option in the eyes of newer member or members with not so deep pockets. In these sections it might be nice to layout the benefits of each compared to each other with travel numbers from Greg's thread maybe?
I still have your PM from when you suggested this before, but thank you for posting it here for others to see and comment on. I will revamp the T swap section.
If you need before/after pics of a frankenpack, I'd be happy to share. Think I even have some photos along the way, as well as the website I used to confirm that Durango leafs would fit and provide similar lift. I'd be happy to throw a little something together if you feel that section needs more love.
Are you willing to create a new thread and do a write up with pics? I could post a link to it in the thread. I'd like to be able to provide people with detailed info without making this particular thread overly long.

Add Fox coils to the availible sets. I had the most trouble w/ rear shock selection. If we knew the approximate numbers of collapsed and extended lengths people can buy pretty much any shock they want for their height.
Ok, I went through it again and here's what I have;
- Update "Which lifts will work for 2012" to 2014
- Add Rancho Titan 4" DB kit brackets to DB section. It's obviously a much more advanced hybrid install but I think it's worth mentioning. Carl or myself would be happy to provide info if needed (yes, I just volunteered Carl haha)
- Maybe link an edited version of my DB thread? I'd be happy to provide a version w/o my opening commentary.
- Add Rancho and Fabtech to "T-swap w/DB" section
- "Rear/block" section, maybe want to add or at least discuss blocks used for DB kits ie: 2" block + 2" shackle for Calmini / 4" block for Fabtech kit?
- "New leaf pack" section, Deaver makes custom packs for over 3" of lift now. I know cause I was their guinea pig and they made me a 5"+ pack ; )
- "Body lift" section, maybe incl added likelihood of cab/bed contact to cons list?
- "Truck pix" section, feel free to use pix of my old truck for another lift combo ie: 8" front/5" rear (or 6" depending on which set up I had at the time and which you'd rather illustrate). Using Fabtech DB kit w/ 5100s and OME HD coils, custom Deaver 3" springs + 2" AC shackles (or 4" blocks + 2" shackle for 6" version).
- Delete description of andrewcote's rig as there is no accompanying pic?
Let me know if you need any help with any of this ; )
Thanks for putting in the time/work as usual, you rock!
Will do - thanks again. I had every intention of working on this yesterday but I think the pain medication got to my motivation. Hopefully I'll have a chance to sit down and look at it again this week.
I started this thread when I was home from work with some medical problems. Now that I'm betterish, I'll admit it's been put on the back burner. I'll look at it again this week... Thanks for the reminder.
