Prerunner Question.

Hi there,

I´m still sort of a noob on this, but I would relly like to know why I see so many titans and frontiers, with a wider front compared to the rear?

Why is that?

How do you widen the front? Can it be done on a 4WD ´07 Frontier?

Thanks.

Appreciate the info.

PS- I looked into PGR taction bars, does anyone know if it eliminates the rear vibration of the suspension when not loaded?

The main reason is you need longer arms in order to obtain travel. It also helps make the truck more stable at high speeds and turns. If you go to PRG's web site he offers a 3" wider per side set up, referred to as a Titan swap. You are swapping your frontier upper and lower control arms with a Titan; and yes this can be done on a 4wd.

Tracion bars are use to eliminate axle wrap. Not needed on a Frontier.

Let's go back to the axle shafts. PRG is making them now?

Vibration in the rear when not loaded??

It is not true that we don't have axle wrap. In fact I think that our leaf spring set up has alot of axle wrap. But axle wrap ususlaly happens when climbing hills and you lose traction am "peel out".

since you have a 4wd, you should be having this problem as much.

Please discribe "rear vibration" in more detail.

Mustard. What is the issue people area having with PRG's Shafts. Why aren't they listed on the site yet?
