Any guesses on what this noise is?

Have a squeak coming from my driver's side Suspension on my truck. My suspicion is that it is coming from the coil overs but i have inspected them and nothing seems wrong. The hein joints were pressure washed and lubed up with dry lube and it is still happening when i go over bumps. only comes from he left side not the right.

Anyone with this problem?
