Try Simple Green. I have waterspots from time to time and Simple Green seems to work even when Windex, etc won't. I started wiping the windows with a chamois cloth before they dry, that way no spots can form.

I have found that a Claybar and good window cleaning solution works the best. I use a Claybar on the paint and once it gets too contaminated and dirty I keep it for the windows. It really works good. Give it a try.

Vinegar didn't touch them. I guess Lime Away is the best option.

If you act fast, white vinegar does a good job removing water spots. If you leave the spots go for an extended period off time, they can be extremely difficult to get off. The hot sun tends to bake and etch them into the glass. In this case, a more aggressive approach mentioned in this forum will be needed.

Yeah they've been there for a long time. So you guys think that Lime Away/fine Brillo pad is the best option?

Use dynamite, guaranteed the spots will be gone...

If that fails, I sometimes use simoniz glass cleaner

Polish the windows with whatever automotive polish you prefer (I like Optimum and Menzerna) with a polishing pad on a Porter Cable Orbital (7424). Once polished, you can seal them up with either wax or an acrylic sealant so the water won't spot as easily in the future.

Water Spot Removal

Use Mcquires water spot removal liquid and a buffer. I do this all the time for clients cars. If you can't find it , start by soaking the spots in laquer thinner, then buff your glass with 3m super cut compound, if still present use 1000 grit wet paper to "wet sand" and then follow with your car wax, machine buffed on to reduce water spotting in the future.
