dont buy sponges from wal-mart!

ive bought 2, the first was a sheepskin that after the first use, it started to stick and the second time I used it, the skin started to tear apart and i had this big blob of uselessness. second one i bought, a regular chenile that had threads coming off after the 2nd use. now it looks like a netted dish sponge and some kinda nasty with only half the threads still left on it. I used it 3 times.

now im trying this "detalier's choice" that i got from the drug store I work at and I hope that maybe it will hold up better. Ill see maybe on thursday, no school or work then.

I have a truck. It gets me from A to B. Why I spend so much money changing it, I will never know. Is there a cure for this disease? I have no idea what I would be using all my money for if there was a cure.

Hmmm... interesting. I don't wash the truck regularly and I don't do all that much shopping at Walmart.... so.. I think I am safe. Ha.
Sucks that they are all falling apart on you though.

Buy the 25 pack of Micro fiber towels at Sam's Club for $10.88. To prevent fine scratches, use several at a time, and then throw them in the washing machine for next time. It's a Homerun..........

I've got one of these, except it's blue:

Sublime Chenille Microfiber Wash Mitt

It works wonders and I've been using it for about a year and a half (throwing it in the washer every so often) and it's still holding up. Well worth the price.

when I am washing my truck I used what I called a dog bone it is a sponge shaped like a dog bone and they are usually only cost about a buck or two at the most. They hold alot of suds and are great for those hard to get areas. Aleast they work great for me

That's the style that I use. Sponges are for rims when I wash my vehicles.

Don't buy the micro-fiber mit from Advance either cause the inside starts coming apart after the FIRST use. I like the brown furry looking one...don't remember what it's made of but it holds up well.
