If you want to get rid of swirl marks then you will need to buy a dual action polisher. You can't get rid of them by hand unless they are very minor in which case you probably won't see. To prevent them you must wash and dry very carefully, improper washing and drying are the cause of swirl marks and spider webbing. It's all in the prep work.
