We sell 303 at our store for hot tub covers - the difference between the 303 and Armorall is the 303 does not have alcohol in it. Over time, Armorall will eventually dry out vinyl and rubber causing cracks and surface breaks. You should be able to find it offline in any reputable Hot Tub / Spa retailer. My only issue with it is the cost as it can be 3 to 4 times the cost of any other non-alcohol protectant.
303 was what I used before I had mine painted. I still have some 303 left but I found something that works better for me now on my tires and other plastic trim. Adam's Super VRT dressing. It has UV protection like 303 plus it repels water.
