I agree with the 303. Fantastic stuff and doesn't leave that shiny/slimy coating which attracts dust. I took off the cowl under the wipers, cleaned, roughed it up a little and painted it with a satin finish black plastic paint from Lowes. Been two years and it still looks good. May have to paint it sometime in the future but, it isn't difficult to remove at all. Can do the whole job in about an hour including drying time.

its a clean machine

I use the Eagle One Trim Protector Gel on my 07. Works well and I like the results too. Leaves a nice dry black finish not the slick oily Armor All. I use it on l the black front grill and the plastics under the hood too.

Meguiar's Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner and Conditioner
I use it on all the outside trim, tires, dash and tonneau.

Good stuff. Not oily and lasts quite a while

Seems like that will attract dirt.

I wouldn't think it would any more than something like Back to Black as long as it is rubbed in good.

Crisco is oily whereas many protectants are water based. Big difference. When I was a young Marine, we used diesel on our flat paint to make it shiny so it would look good in the motor pool. The shine didn't last long once the wind started blowing dust around.

I use a product from 3M on all the rubber and trim pieces. Once it is rubbed in, it is a dry finish that brings out the black and is water resistant without the shine. It's simply called TIRE and IMO the best stuff on the market. I hate products that produce any kind of shine as all they do is attract dirt and turn the tires/trim brown. This stuff lasts from one wash to the next - my avatar is just after a fresh wash and treatment.

I don't know...never thought about that. But I've driven it several miles since I did it and it still looks good. I guess time will tell, but I don't drive over dust much, mainly mud if anything.

We sell 303 at our store for hot tub covers - the difference between the 303 and Armorall is the 303 does not have alcohol in it. Over time, Armorall will eventually dry out vinyl and rubber causing cracks and surface breaks. You should be able to find it offline in any reputable Hot Tub / Spa retailer. My only issue with it is the cost as it can be 3 to 4 times the cost of any other non-alcohol protectant.
