Black plastic under wipers fading

Hey Guys and Gals,

I have a 07 Frontier and I was noticing the other day that the black plastic under the windshield wipers is already fading white. Has anyone else had this problem or even noticed? Any advice? Thx!!!

I'm pretty sure there have been people that have posted threads about this. I think I remember it was fairly easy to take off and then you can just paint it.

I've used this stuff before on my old truck. It permanently dyes the plastic back to black.

Meguiars makes some pretty good stuff for plastics. Check this out.

Car Care Products: Car Waxes to Leather Cleaners, Meguiar's the Leader in Car and Surface Care since 1901

Also, this Mothers product Back-to-Black is great.

Mothers Back-To-Black Bumper & Trim Care restores black plastic & rubber bumpers and trim to their original black color. Care for your car's bumper
