i didnt have a factory ground... however, whoever put in the (crappy) kenwood deck before me grounded it on one of the bolts to the tranny. works fine. oh and i had to replace one of the fuses too, i blew 3 trying to put in a gauge cluster cover that didnt work anyways so i had a few left over. no biggie. and ive taken apart my dash so many times... i think i went over 20. just wondering though, since i do drive like a jackazz sometimes, will my airbag still deploy even though i reset the light?

Talking Yo

When i went to get a dash kit and harness for my 07 they only had a dash kit for my truck and i found a website call Modifiedlife.com ---> Request a Nissan Car Radio Stereo Wiring Diagram
That will tell u what color wires do what on the factory harness for all types of makes and models. I just spliced in right behind the Factory harness (wanted to install that day!).I would'nt recommend unless you'v done that kinda stuff before.

just go to bestbuy and get the harness, to remove the stereo pull up on the panel around the shifter, then two strews behind that and the 2 above the stereo, just dont unplug anything airbag related and you have no worries, wire the harness, ground the deck with some sort of supportive metal in the dash, or in a pinch use a spade and connect wher the oem one bolted in, and bam your done, these are veeery easy trucks to do you can also look up Metra and find the kit online, and it will have the directions for it if anyone ever needs any wire colors for anything, pm me ill look it up (im an installer and have access to just about any colors for audio/security etc)
