Output testing at the door

Is there a way to determine which is the + wire at the door with a meter?

it'll help if you provide specific year and RF system or not
Haven't looked at any of the stock speakers yet. Sometimes if you're lucky, there will be a terminal on the speaker marked with a +. Or sometimes you'll notice one of the 2 speaker terminals will be bigger than the other. I take this to be the positive wire.

for 2005
Radio 12v yellow + radio harness
Radio Ground (chassis)
Radio Ignition green/black + radio harness
Radio Illumination red + radio harness
Factory Amp Turn-on green/white + radio harness
Power Antenna N/A
LF Speaker +/- brown - blue +,- radio harness or amp under pass seat
RF Speaker +/- lt. green - red +,- radio harness or amp under pass seat
LR Speaker +/- green - black +,- radio harness or amp under pass seat
RR Speaker +/- gray - orange +,- radio harness or amp under pass seat

I would just put the meter on 9v or 12v batt, ground the neg, and then see which wire shows voltage when music is playing?

On my '06 non-RF system, front speakers didn't have any symbols on the harness or the speaker themselves......

If I understand your question to deal with speaker wires inside the door, once you take the door panel off: the wire with the black stripe is the negative.

Of course, that is dependent upon the wires at the stereo being connected correctly !!!
