Did you get it programmed for the Alpine, then flip the switch off? That's what i had to do,,,and it has been fine ever since. I am sorry I cannot be of more help,,,it took me awhile of messing with it before it started working correctly. Again, I apologize for not being more help. Good luck with it though. When you figure it out,,they work great...

did just like you said, it works fine till I turn it off for a few minutes then back on, no video just sound, Thanks for the help.
