Nice job on the install. If one of your woofers is distorted it could be a few things:
1) it's on it's last leg (are the speakers new or used?).
2) you have the polarity reversed somewhere (+ is on the - terminal and vice versa).
3) be sure that your door panel (or anything else) is not interfering with the cone (ie. pressing against it).
To trouble shoot, swap woofers from door to door. That will tell you if it's the woofer or inline somewhere on that side.
