not sure how they would do that with the Frontier radio's . They would have to unscrew all of the 4 screws that hold in the radio to get it out. Sure they can break the front, but still gotta remove the radio..

I have really good insurance, so I really dont care about if its stolen or not..., ya it would suck, but if someone wants it they will take it!

I hae had 1 radio stolen in my life and it sucked, however i learned if someone wants what someone else has, they will stop at nothing to get it

Thanks Patrick,

Yes its a good upgrade. I would say it sounds cleaner then the D3 since its all new technology etc...

I just got my new sub box (Duel 10's) with my new JL 300x2 Amp. I am going to do that install this weekend.

I just got done installing my moms radio, same speakers as me with two amps, sounds amazing so i cant wait to get mine all set up

In installing your AVIC did you need a Dashboard Kit for it. Or did it fit perfectly in?

Also in the pictures why did you change around the mute wire?

I changed the mute wire to "bypass" the radio, eg so you can use the Functions while driving. If you dont do the bypass, you have to stop, put the parking brake up and then they will work..

Yes you will need the dash double-DIM trim from metra
