I'll add a few tips from my experience.

1. Use PB Blaster Penetrating Catalyst to remove old bolts (thanks CF members), WD-40 sucks
2. If the ball joint does not release right away hit the front of the spindle a few times then the UCA, then the spindle, UCA, ...
3. Do not use a 1/2" to 3/8" adapter on your socket wrench to try and remove the lower shock bolt, you will break it
4. Use a better under-truck lighting than a flashlight

In the end it all went together, but it was a real pain to get some of the bolts on and off. It should be noted though that I have had my truck for three years and 80,000 km so the bolts were a little rusty.

Yes, I went right to Sears and got it aligned. The instructions, for all their simplicity should include a line about the importance of proper alignment.

It would be nice if the cam bolts were included in the kit as well....

I installed the deaver springs and took out the overload leaf spring. I will be using the truck to tow a 3000lb car on a u-haul trailer. I know the rear will sag alot because the overload leaf spring is off.
Is it possible to reinstall the overload leaf springs and keep the deaver springs?

If you are lifting more than 2" in the rear it's a very good idea to get slightly longer shocks. Up front you can retain the stock coilover if desired...the spacer sits on tip of the coilover and doesn't effect shock travel so there is no NEED to replace it.

If you do plan on replacing your front shocks you might as well go with a larger set of coilovers for the lift and ditch the spacers all together.
