OEM fog light circuit question

ok, i had factory oem fog lights, that i replaced with some off the shelf aftermarket 55w fog lights. my question is can i add two more 55w fogs to that same circuit? will the factory circuit be able to handle four 55w fog lights?

OEM fog light circuit question

I think your pushing 20 amps with 220 watts. I would do a relay circuit from the battery. the one I have is fused at 40amps . They are relatively cheap and if it gets fried your out the price of a relay harness. Instead of your vehicle wiring.

I've used this site several times for the bikes, bit I'm sure they can be ordered with any length wires.

I wouldn't want to run that much through the factory wiring. I don't even think the factory wiring is adequate for one set.

I would say run a relay for the new lights and just tap into the fog circuit to trigger the relay Are these lights for your calmini?

well, i don't actually have the lights yet. it's just something i've been thinking about doing. i've got two lights on the calmini already, just some cheap 55watt walmart lights, the ones with the weird chrome rock guard, but i painted them black, but i was thinking about adding two more, of course i'd have to fab a place to mount them on the bumper since it only has two mounting tabs.
