Low tire pressure light, how to turn it off?

I just installed a wheel and tire package and would like to turn off that low tire pressure light that comes on. Is there anyway to bypass it or would the dealer have to work some computer magic? It gets annoying.

There is no way to shut it off or disable it, the only thing you can do is cover it with tape.

Why didn't you have the sensors remounted with your new rims?

They are for in between your regularly scheduled pressure checks. You could have painted the stems black.

You should put the sensors on the new tires.

Because, Black tape will become annoying and having the light on will do the same.
