Well I'm not seeing any moisture problem yet, I'll let you know if i do.

Daz, I've made the adjustments to the lights and the left & right adjustment have a good range, so i don't think you'll have any issues.

Also I replaced all the nighttime shots on the original first thread and also added a comparison set of pictures that compare the halo lights with the OEM parking light bulb vs the Polarg bright white bulb, which more closely matches the color of the halo & Dot lights.

And finally i got a good couple pictures that shows the true color of the halo & dot lights, so here is what the color really looks like, you can see it has a faint blue color, but is by no means as blue as some of the other pictures lead you to believe:

BTW, been rainy the past couple days, haven't seen any moisture buildup inside the lights. Still liking them, but that visual artifact is something I'll need to take care of at some point

Nah, they really have little range and brightness from what I can tell, not like a flashlight LED or anything. When i park in my parking garage at work, if i just have them on I can't see them in the wall in front of me till I'm within about 6+ feet. So just a coolness factor, they wouldn't help enough driving wise to simply turn off your headlights.

Got an update on the legality issue and WA state patrol did tell me they are illegal. I had the officer look at the ebay ad and he and another state trooper confirmed that they are illegal due to the number of lights on them, mainly pointing out the LED lights. Also if an officer deems that the halo / dot lights are too blue, that could be another cause to be pulled over / ticketed.

All this being said he made it sound like there was a slim chance of me getting pulled over for these if i were to get them So I'm going to keep them on but keep my OEM lights as a backup in case i do get nailed...

Also updated the original post with a bit more info. Guess this means I'm driving a truck around that now has 3 legal violations, heh. No front mud flaps, dark tinting on the side windows, and now lights

I haved ordered these lights and i should have them in by next week. But as I know of so far that the blue tint could be an problem and if so i am planning on going to a electronic store and geting some amber or white LEDs and replace them. It is legal to have any amber or white neon or LEDs on the front and side of the vehicle and its legal to have red, amber, and white on the rear a cop told me so.

You don't need front mud flaps in PA. If anyone changes the LEDs to amber or white for that matter please post a how to. I want to get these for my truck but only if they can be changed. Hopefully the halo color can be changed also, I would go with white halos and amber for the 3 LEDs wired into the turn signals.

My understanding is all the lights are changeable, least the halos are, not 100% sure on the dots though, but if you want to know for sure, call up Speed Fantasy and ask. The main guy I spoke to was Chris. He was very nice and knew quite a bit about the lights, so he could tell you for sure.
