Are yours control box or relay harnesses? (Just curious) I have had three control box harnesses bole at the control box +12v in. They always show evidence of prolonged heat. I figure it was too small AWG. I have not had any problems with my dual relay harnesses on my headlights or fog lights

Its a relay harness. There is a plug that connects to your stock 9007 headlight plug. That plug takes the signal from the stock headlight switch (on/off, high/low beams) and then sends the signal to the appropriate ballast and/or high beam solenoid. All of the plugs on my harness only plug in one way (making the installation pretty straight forward). Their is one 12V power wire to connect to the battery and two ground wires to connect to a solid ground, everything else just plugs in and the total installation time is about 30-45 min.

Any pics of install on frontier without any cutting or drilling, does the projector come apart
Not yet. I've done a bunch of Xterra's though without issue. I'll be building my first Frontier set in about 2 weeks. I'll take some detailed pics and maybe do a video of the install for you guys.
What do you mean when you ask if the projector comes apart? There are a few components to my projectors - the bowl, the cutoff shield and solenoid, the lens and the retaining ring that holds the lens. And then there is the shroud that surrounds the lens. All of these components are assembled and can be removed if necessary (not sure why you'd want to though).

The whole headlight is disassembled in order to fit the pieces inside.

Why don't you offer any warranty? I'm currently looking for a kit, and stuck between you and retrofit source. They offer a 18 month to lifetime (depending on what you buy), and your kits end up being within 5$ of each other
I bet the projectors come with a warranty, but no warranty for the retrofit itself. As for the TRS warranty, just make sure you buy the projectors under your name if you are going to have someone else retrofit them for you. TRS warranties are NOT transferable.
They have done pass-through warranties before - depends who buys from them / how many. I have had TRS warranty given when I bought through a retrofitter and TRS even shipped straight to my house.

I think they do authorize some people. But their warranties are not transferable from consumer to consumer; if I were to sell my old stuff to my friend, he wouldn't be able to get any warranty from them. I have never had any problems with them, but have seen a few people who bought used and could not get their stuff covered.
