No horn when locking

I did search for this and didn't find anything. Please excuse me if I missed it. Is there any reason why my horn no longer honks when I lock the truck with either key fob I have and doesn't even flash the tail lights when unlocking. It worked when I got in the truck, drove to school, parked the truck and it started. I have not done anything to turn it off to my knowledge. Its actually not bad this way I just want to make sure nothing is screwed up. The horn and lights all still work as well and panic still works. My truck is an 06 XE.

Go out to your truck, and hold down both lock&unlock on your key fob for 5-10 seconds. This will fix your problem.

I have a truck. It gets me from A to B. Why I spend so much money changing it, I will never know. Is there a cure for this disease? I have no idea what I would be using all my money for if there was a cure.

PHIL THATS BS YOU KNOW THAT DOESN'T WORK IN THE STATES ONLY IN CANADA EH.

IN THE STATES YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR FORHEAD TO THE DRIVERS DOOR HANDLE AND PRESS BOTH BUTTONS ON THE REMOTE WHILE HOLDING IT BEHIND YOUR HEAD TO CALIBRATE FOR LONGEST RANGE AND TO PAIR WITH THE SECURITY SYSTEM
