Will it fit? What other options do I have if it won't?
Also, if I want something in front, am I going to HAVE to do an SAS, or are there other options for me out there?

As of this time I do not believe there are any aftermarket options for those without a nismo. The only thing you could do would be to swap in a nismo rear end.
Nissan does not care about it's customers or quality after your standard warranty is up. You should strongly consider this if you plan on purchasing a Nissan.

If you truck is a 6speed 4x, I think ARB make a locker for the rear?
not yet but it's coming.
and the trutrac may fit...I just dont think anyone's tried it yet.
but yeah, auto or manual makes a difference.
auto has the C200 (which there may or may not already be options available for depending on it nissan changed anything from previous versions)
manual has the M226 (D44 variant) which may or may not be identical to the titan rear end...if it is, everything for the titan should work, problem is, no one's tested that either. (cant see why nissan would have two different axles with the same designation but, then again, it is nissan so who knows)

So I can take anything that, say a 2004 w/ a C200 can?

Yes, I believe the M226 is the Nismo. And unless there are other differences between the model years, I don't see why you couldn't use their components. But there is a limited slip version of it too. You may could swap it out or buy components to make yours limited slip. You could also probably swap it out for a year with a better rear gear for your driving style.
