It's not all about "how much lift". It has more to do with the fact my stock springs were completely flattened out and I was tired of hearing the overload spring banging everytime I hit a bump. Not to mention much more flex and a better ride.

I don't know if there will be much of a difference in price between 3" or 6" you will have to call. I was quoted $240 per pack. The rest was shipping.

As for the stock spring measurements, I don't remember. Just go out and measure your hangers eye to eye. That's the only measurement they need. I'm thinking it was 54.5", but I'm not sure.

thats the reason why im looking into the alcan springs, not to get higher but a nicer and better ride. And im surely not going to jus lift the back up 3 inches. im not going to upgrade and drop that much money if it wasn't worth it. My rear is a block, shackle and single aal and i get enough flex but its pretty much a rough ride. I want to replace all those and maybe just get prg shackles and maybe get a 6 inch leaf pack from alcan because i heard they dramaticly brake in and lose about an inch from the hieght. i really could use more flex and im sure i would make the right choice.

Well do u notice any wheel hop?
Sagging?
Do you wish your rear shocks were stiffer or softer after installing these?

No wheel hop or sagging. I was told by Charles that with the amount of lift that I went with there really wouldn't be any "settling" either. And so far it has held true. And I've hit the trails 3 times since putting them on.

Honestly I think it's just right. I put the new Bilsteins on at the same time so I'm sure it's a combination of them and the springs, but it rides really nice now. I live on a fairly washboarded dirt road and it takes it much better than what I was running before.

Thanks. Me too, I've never been into trucks that are lifted more than 3-6". It just isn't practical for the type of trails that I run. I wouldn't mind adding a small (2") bodylift. I'm just not sure I want to tackle that.

No I didn't.

And yes they were really easy to deal with. I was told 3 weeks and they came right on time.
