Black Pearl since that m266 out of vdubs truck is already 3.54 gears I would just run it with those and see how it is with the auto tranny. It should be better then mine I only have 3.36. If your going to have hoopers instal the tru track you might as well get the 3.73 since it will only be like $250 more. I dought they will do any welding for you. Getting new leafs put sprung under is more of a fab shop thing then a rear end specialist thing. If you want a drive shaft your going to have to find one out of an 2wd se or 2wd nismo. Any 4x4 will be shorter because of the transfer case.

Yeah, a manual SE or 2wd nismo is my only chance for finding one. The only reason I am going to hoopers is because they have actually done this before and I figure they can guide me in getting the drive shaft figured out.

Also, After today I really don't even think I need the gears. But, I am going to make a separate thread about it now.

Nice. Is your rear bumper painted or bedlined? And have you gotten a chance to see how the trutrac works yet?

that doesn't look like a stock bumper, i think it's a KMA or something like it (based on the squared off side vs. stock which is rounder).

truck looks good man. as for the video's, upload them to youtube, accounts are free, it's pretty easy
