Aaron, why couldnt you do a full frame plate? Ive seen it done by WFO on a Titan, what issue did you run into on it?

without a brake i couldnt get the bends correct
the frame is pretty wavy so there had to be like 5-6 bends in the plate so that it would be flat against the frame

Looking very nice. A bit off topic but is that Lincoln welder the top 110v model or the bottom 220v model and how do you like it. I have the 130amp 110v model at my disposal but am thinking about purchasing the 180amp 220v, just don't feel I'm getting the burn/heat that I want with it.

thats the transmission cross member if it was welded to the frame there would be no way to drop the transmission
the bar above the one with the orange writing on it is the cross member thats welded to the frame that replaced the steering rack sub frame
then there is another cross member that the jack stand are under
