I placed an order through one of these sites that uses the same catalog, NissanPartsDirect.com I think, and it was a Nissan service dept. in California or something. They guy told me that Nissan is making your order the whole bumper in order to get the replacement lights.
He sent me the one he said he had left that wasn't boxed, but it was a 2005 and earlier lamp.

Have you checked with your local dealer? I don't see why you would have to buy a whole bumper to replace a broken light. They should be the same light from 05-up.

Nissan does not care about it's customers or quality after your standard warranty is up. You should strongly consider this if you plan on purchasing a Nissan.
If it is the little plastic tap that holds it in place that is broke, use 2 sided tape between the light and bumper.
They do not make a oem replacement, yeah I know WTF.
I looked for days.

The housing is completely broken and smashed, and the bulb with it. The passenger side one is fine.

Yeah, I put in a parts order with the closest Nissan dealer, and he told me the same thing. I'd have to buy an entire bumper to replace the lamp. He thought it was ridiculous, and said I should call Nissan to complain and look for a replacement in a junkyard.
Maybe I'll try CourtesyParts, but it seems like I'm getting all kinds of runaround for a simple $25 piece of plastic.
