44 and heavy rain. My backyard is turning into a lake. They are expecting the river to exceed the flood stage by 4 feet later today. Many small businesses in the area are expected to be affected. Motorsport Tech (where a lot of you guys buy your BORA wheel spacers) is located near the river and very much in the danger zone. I have heard that the river already looks like it is about to breach the bank at the west (other) end of town.
