I carry an led mini maglight on my belt almost everyday because I use it for work. As for camping, I use the mini mag and a led headlamp made for hiking/ climbing (it's a petzl tikka). The headlamp has three brightness modes + flashing and takes 3 tripple a batteries. It was like $30 but worth it.
Nissan does not care about it's customers or quality after your standard warranty is up. You should strongly consider this if you plan on purchasing a Nissan.
I carry a vicrotinex USB swiss army knife with an LED light. I keep a 3 cell maglite in my truck and have a 6-volt lantern in the cupboard for when the power goes out (was like $3.50 at walmart and included the battery)
one of these days I'll get a minimag again and keep it in the side pocket on the passenger seat of my truck (and hopefully keep it away from my kids since they broke the last one I had)

i have a 4D maglite with the led conversion bulb also. and with that led in it, the batteries last forever. and like shinermiller said its a freaking multi-tool.....plus it doubles as a pretty good club should someone get a little rowdy
Yeah, for camping its nice to have a headlamp. Target sells a brand called River Rock (2AAA LED) which has 2 brightness levels. I think it was pretty cheap $, but it puts out some good light.
In the truck I keep a Surefire G2. http://www.surefire.com/maxexp/main/.../878/sesent/00
It fits in the palm of your hand and will blow away a Mag light. It takes lithium batteries, which are expensive but they're not affected by temperature and they have a shelf life of 10+ years so it's not going to be dead when you need it most.
