Hence why I need someone to make a sarcastic face... like this but with a sarcastic mood....

Maybe I'll start doing this:

What is the Emoticon etiquette? There does not seem to be one and I think there should be. I propose that people put any sarcastic comments in their own paragraph, where they are proceeded with an opening smiley :-/ and closing smiley :-\ meaning that it is sarcastic. What do you think?? Should it say it all - should it be used for a whole paragraph, sentence - how does one look at it

I prefer to make my sarcasm subtle. That way it affects the people who deserve to understand and those who do not will think I am stupid, therefore showing the ones who understand how stupid the others actually are, making the sarcasm that much more effective. Ya dig?

That's why I get paid the big bucks.
Being salary is great . . . . not.
I am pissed at our HR right now. We are in the process of Project Unity with the company that bought our company so we are trying to get all our our areas on the same playing field. This applies to job status. I was salary and now i'm salary non exempt. This is the biggest BS thing I have ever had to deal with. Yes I know this means I get paid for overtime - this RARELY happens. For the year+ that I have been there I think I have worked 2 days of overtime. But my status has gone from salary to hourly..then why the hell call it salary non exempt. Being classified as hourly in IT is unheard of. Now I have to fill out flipping time sheets, get my manager to sign them and turn them in by 12 noon every 2 weeks or I don't get paid.

Do you think anyone will actually follow the idea? Hell, there are few actual rules here on the forum, yet it seems to be a difficult task to follow.

I'd rather fill out some time sheet and get paid my overtime then the current process which is fill out the stupid time sheet and still only get a set salary pay.
