Possible Change of Plan
Alright.. here's the deal. I've been wanting a Frontier for a while now. I have been exploring my options and have come to the conclusion that selling my Silverado and downsizing to a Frontier would not be the best idea. I know that probably 90% of the time a Frontier would do what I need, but its the other times that have me worried.
I did some figuring (yeah Finance major here) and realized that if I keep my truck and wait until next summer when I start working full-time, I could buy a second vehicle for the same payment as I would have if I sold my truck and got a new Frontier.
I'd still have my full-size 4x4 pickup which will do more than I will need for a long time and then have a daily driver that would be a little more efficient and a lot easier to drive.
I'm thinking that since I will already have a truck I want an SUV. I really like the Xterras, but I am afraid that since I am going into banking that it won't be quite upscale enough for hauling clients around. This may not be true.. I will need something that is truly 4WD because the company I am going to work for is in rural lending so it would see some off-road time on farms and properties, company duck hunts, etc.
I guess my question to ya'll is what you would consider SUV-wise other than an Xterra or Pathfinder.. Any input is appreciated!!
