I remember them. My middle school banned them because it was considered gambling. I had a lot of them but my psycho mom jacked them from me when she ran off.

yea, if you were playing "for keeps" it was gambling. i remember pogs caused sooooo many fights in school... mostly due to unspecified or vague rules.
remember the move called "tipsys"? when you get your slammer and barely flick the edge of the top pog. guaranteed win for the top pog every time. great way to aggravate the other contestant.

one where you spin the quarter and you got to keep it goin , who ever stops it would have to put there knuckle down and you would fling the quarter at their knuckle? wow that was a bloody game haha

yea, i remember that. can't say i participated in it though. the same kids that did that also burned "happy faces" into their skin from those hot tips of the bic brand lighters.
also, they put salt and ice cubes on their skin and it made a mark like a tattoo and then turned into a scab. retards... playing knuckles isn't that bad though.
