Pencils is this:

Player one holds their pencil at the ends horizontally. Player two (without swing his/her arm - using only extreme wrist/snapping action) swings his/her pencil and hits player ones pencil. Then you take turns until one pencil breaks. The player whose pencil breaks loses.
