So i adopted a dog from the animal shelter on saturday after going to pet-smart with my gf for food for her dog.....i picked him tuesday after he was neutered....i love him to death. he is 1 1/2 old and is a dalmatian mix(looks like he is mixed with a pit bull but i dont know). he is a very sociable and friendly dog...and loves to go offroading!!!!!!!! i named him monkee....cause i think thats an awesome name for a dog...here are some pics....

He's pretty cute. Have fun with him. I've wanted a dog for a long freaking time, but my parents don't want one at their house and I live there in the summer. You're lucky.

he does look like he has some pitbull in him. very good looking dog.
btw- thats great that you went to the shelter first. its a great place to get great dogs.
