Snopes.com proved that it's a hoax. Freaky if it wasn't though!! The link below shows how they disproved cooking an egg or popcorn (see bottom of page) between cell phones.

Let me toss in another thought on why it can't be true. Wouldn't everyone end up with a bit of a "beef jerky" type ear due to the "power" of the phones? So, given I haven't seen drones of people walking around with "jerky ears", how could it be real?
