well i take that back, it's not right on the lake but it's right above a house that is, you can see the lake tho! and the neighborhood has a water access with a boat ramp and dock (not much of one at the moment, but dad wouldn't live there long before taking care of that little problem). it's in North Lakes, which is right over the bridge on 321 then just a mile or so down Grace Chapel (the first right after the bridge) then at the back of the neighborhood. it's 7 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, with a huge den downstairs, 2 car garage (he'd be adding more around the side if he got it) and a .75 acre lot, a long with half of the lot next to it. somewhere around 4k sq ft or so. huge sun room on the back coming off the master bed room, rear deck, lots of windows, 2 laundry rooms, and a billiards room
 if he got it, i'd probably move there, it's 2 mins from MDI so that'd be a little more than convienent, and there'd be a lot of little things to do around the house to fix it up (paint for one)

oh yeah i hope they can work it out money wise, she showed dad tonight that the last tax appraisal (sp?) on the house was $311k, so i assume she's asking somewhere around $300k or so... i dunno tho. each level has it's own heating/cooling system which is cool, in the winter she said she uses the heat downstairs which makes it's way up and the a/c upstairs during the summer to allow the air to come down...

300k down there buys you a lot more than 300k up here it seems, I cant even find a nice 2 floor condo for 300k.
Any way I'm off to finally sell my nismo wheels
