what! that thing is street legal? i know i sure as hell wouldn't feel safe riding in it and im sure he got loads of stares, good find man and thanks for having a camera with you lol.

He looked over cause I had my cell phone hanging out the window. I waved, but I am sure he had to pay attention to traffic ahead of him.

There is no other reason to drive that on the street except for to draw attention to yourself. I'm quite sure its not legal, but what are they going to do, tow it? haha. He probably just gets some tickets and they tell him to "carefully drive it straight home."
