George Carlin R.I.P.

In case you've been living under a rock or in a cave George Carlin has passed away from heart failure at the age of 71.

I just wanted to take the time to recognize one of the geniuses of comedy.
His take on all things normal or obscene was ahead of it's time.
He was one of my inspirations to be funny and comedic.

He was a comedy god and will be dearly missed.

(Some tribute, I can't even spell his name right damn fingers of mine, sorry guys.)

I loved his style of comedy. He's surely one of the greatest that ever performed. RIP Mr. Carlin.

For all you Sirius guys Raw Dog is paying tribute to Carlin all day long today.
Also they are taking subscriber calls with their memories of Carlin.
I have been listening since this morning (online here at work).

It's funny as he11 and yet sad at the same time when you remember why Raw Dog is playing the non-stop Carlin clips.

OMG!!
He was a clever wordsmith, able to derive a different twist on normal everyday events.

And, I wasn't hiding under a rock or in a cave, but I was out in the woods with some scouts for 4 days.
