Okay, just throwing this out there. Why not just skip the STS universal turbo system and just source the parts separately?
Also, what about getting oil to the turbo's? I assume you are going to use the oil pan spacer for the early 350z's?
Lastly, I know you said you have a mig welder but have you put any thought into a tig? It might make the welds on the tubes a little cleaner unless you are just going to use the silicone couplers.
I don't mean to sound like I am putting down your idea I just want to make sure you have all your info and that you don't get into a situation that you are missing something that has been overlooked. Good Luck on the finished product.
IMO you need to keep the system and build as simple as possible, ie buy the kit, itll get you there faster, probobly cheaper unless you buy used parts. It will get you their tech help and expertise on a remote system. save money doing the install and fab yourself. and youll be there faster and cheaper

you need to work closely with sts on the piping, not that you may need help, but that they do free installs for vehicles that they want to build kits for. And while youre far from Utahm this may push them closer to building a kit, and make it easier for everyone to buy if the plumbing is done and it can be tuned. And they may give you a discount??if you work with them now on application specifics that you learn to push them closer to opening up a bigger market...Pathy, Frontier, X's Ask before you buy and see what they say. And if you do a write up, video, ask for the discount for the advertising here, newX, you tube etc...

The CO2 only cools the intercooler and the charge air. It does nothing to cool the actual engine bay which will still be piping hot from the engine alone not to mention the turbo.
