I dont ever want to even go that fast in it...had it up to 15 before we loaded it on the truck...it was scary

yeah...when most fathers reach middle age they get a trail rig, a sports car or something like that...what dose my dad and myself get...Big ARSE hand build plow truck...saved it from getting scraped and the axles going to gravedigger

Funny thing, this is the "medium" duty truck.

this is oshkosh's video touting the mtvr's capability.

(MTVR stands for Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement... these are currently replacing the 30 year old medium trucks still in use today.)

planetary axle
A traditional drive axle with two additional sets of planetary gearing in addition to the ring and pinion. The additional gearing provides increased torque.
