I would ship, but I don't have PayPal. As for the wiring harness I don't know which one you mean. The little one attached to the hitch in the photo I posted or a different one

I assume he is referring to the one in the pic. I'm local and interested in just the harness shown in the pic. If it doesn't work out with jackel. Mine got majorly smashed....

yeah the thing attached is the wiring harness I was talking about. I am interested if you decide to ship, however I would like to see some better pictures (especially of the mount points).

You would also need the relays that go under the passenger side kick panel to make the harness work.
