I know there is a spacer plate out there vary similar to the intake spacer that NCFronty makes. Not sure if there is actually another TB that can replace it or if there would be any gains without a tuner.
Not sure of a new bolt on throttle body, but I had mine bored out from 70mm to 74mm from maxbore.com. He has real fast service, but you don't need a new gasket, the factory O-Ring style is fine. Had the shaft machined as well to reduce the obstruction with the butterfly open. It took a while for my computer to adapt, but the seat of the pants told me it made a difference during acceleration. Unfortunately I had numerous mods when on the dyno so I don't have a specific increase. I will say it was worth the money and piece of mind.
