Have any of you had registration problems, I try and register my tuner and it keeps giving me errors in the program I download. Is there anyway to get around this that any of you know? I have called superchips several times and keep getting the voice mail box, help if you can
Dude that sucks.
PM Scott@Superchips on here and let him know what you are having a problem with.

I have tried all 3. I like the performance and tow performance equally and have a hard time telling between the two. The XS mileage is ok. You can feel the slight loss of power but having the WOT removed helps it over stock. I havent left it on long enough to see if there is an actual difference in MPG.
I have been very happy with this unit. It was easy to register and upload. I have had no problems at all and I have probably used the unit 8-10 times. I dont have a heavily modded truck (only Volant) with my 6sp but I think this is money well spent. I only wish it would work with all my Nissan vehicles and not be VIN locked on this one. Being internet upgradeable, I would love to be able to upload a setup for my G without spending another $350.

I put mine in yesterday.Spending that much money for more power I went straight to the performance tune with speed limiter off and WOT disabled. No doubt about the power gain.Tried one 0-60 run with my G-Timer and did 6.93 with a topped off tank of 93 oct.I`ve got a Volant CAI,intake manifold spacer, throttle body spacer and custom exhaust with Flowmaster 40 muffler with the back 2 cats removed.Very satisfied.

You and me both, armyman. However, I'm more concerned about my mpg for daily driving than I am about "performance" gains and I'm not sure how the superchips will help or hurt that...

Just the wide open throttle removal is worth the price to me. BIG difference with WOT at any speed you want.
Plus you can always run the Mileage XS tune, which is supposed to gain mpg.
thanks for the thread guys, i may have to get one now.
wot is exactly what i wanted to know about and these posts have brought me closer to wanting one now because of price difference, im willing to try this with power mods instead of the other tuner thats more expensive and dynos after to see/compare the possible differences in power/etc.
i was under the impression that wot still wasnt removed with this tuner. but one thing that does bother me is the few people that have had issues with errors/tunes and not being able to get a response from them for few days, i could not afford to have my truck downed for anytime more than a day.
