shorter shifter?
I have a 1999 Frontier XE, 2,5L4, and a manual 5 speed.
Does anybody know of an aftermarket short shifter, that will fit my truck. I have been driving cars since 1970, but never owned a truck before. The only car that shifted as looooong as my truck, was a 1971 Volvo 240. I am use to quick shifts and my shifter is very long by comparison. I have searched all over the internet. Nobody seems to make one for a Frontier! Help! Thanks!

Nobody makes one for the truck, but you might be able to make one work (B&M 4508
 It's a short shifter for a car but same tranny as us.

The 240sx ones may work since they are basically the same transmission.
