I guess washing it's a good excuse to open the hood and look at her.
hahahah i thought about not going offroading, and finish cleaning it up and getting it resprayed and looking all sexy and keeping it as a show truck.
Yeah, I keep looking at mine like that, too. All that scrub brush around here has my truck looking like a work truck. And the sliders keep rusting when I knock the paint off, and the bumpers, and the frame, and the skids ....
But, as much fun as washing it is and watching her sparkle, I find it's impossible not to use it. Put that down to just another personality defect (my wife says I've got lots).
Yeah, I'm real interested in how the electrical end of things go. I'm pretty sure you've got a really decent handle on the mechanical by this point. I doubt there'll be anything too critical, but it should be interesting.
eventually im stepping to a pro rock. have thought about which one. but im going to work on engine mods after i get it in.
uprev, will be the major one so i can have wot. then eventually a turbo. making my own though. so it will be no bolt on kit, and i will have to figure something out since i have no room in the engine bay now, it will most likely be rear monted. but i wanna keep it clean and dry. ill figure something out. but thats prob not for another year or so.
i dont rub. but i havent got a chance to take my truck out of the garage in a month. and i have 10 miles on the tires. so ive got nothing to really tell on that hahahah.
