Bumping this as I have some more stuff to now ask!

I will be going with The Doug Thorley Headers. I am now wondering what two cats would be good, as well as which muffler(s).

Thoughts?

I like the way this guy did the rear dual out. Rear Plate Steel Bumer Thats probably my favorite rear bumper for our trucks. Sorry to thread jack, hopefully this might give the O/P some ideas as well.

Probably single exit, in front on the passenger rear tire.

Always liked mine. AFE intake, AFE throttle body spacer, and just cut out stock muffler and replaced with flowmaster 40. You can go with a tip for a little extra rumble if you want. I did, and kept it tucked so you dont see much of it. Sounds great, and less than 200 bucks.

Has anyone used the Thorley Cat back exhaust? It's only about ~$300 and I could order it at the same time as the DT LP headers.

Go custom. I used an XR-1 Borla muffler with custom piping 2.25 into 2.5 y pipe single in/out. I kept it at 2.5 out t maintain a bit more bottom end and put a 5" inch magnaflow res. Ran the tail between the chassis and the spare with a turn down on the end. Nice and tucked up out of the way of hangups.

I was wanting to do that as well. I was told by prerunnerparts that the headers are 2.25, so I was thinking that Y-Piping those to either 2.5in or 3in (remember, I will be getting UpReved after). So I am not sure what size I want.

Also, what XR-1 muffler did you use?
