Thanks MetalAlien! I am so happy with how it turned out, I'm excited to see your truck too with the new body pieces you've got, and I like that you modified the hood to work like normal again. Haha, just saw your Tapatalk signature, hilarious!

Still planning on putting a winch on and a brush guard when I can find someone who welds.

So I went on a trip through the Great Smoky Mountains this past weekend, and man what an awe striking place. Very beautiful sights to see, and a fun place to vacation. My beautiful girlfriend and I camped out there and checked out a lot of things. Got a lot of compliments on the truck and also it gave me a chance to test out my truck pretty well.

So I know some of these aren't my truck, but it was so pretty I wanted to share haha. We went exploring and found a cool creek with some short falls.
I am happy to report that my truck did very well on the trip. I did go offroading in two areas briefly (didn't want to get stuck 10 hours from home). But I want to say I have bragging rights as one of the trails said "4wd" only, and I had no problems with my LSD haha. The other spot I didn't think I would make it up, but surprisingly the truck had other plans and climbed on up to my liking. I'll post those pictures after I get them off my camera. These were my phone pics.

^ Truck looks great with the new bedliner accents.

Those pictures are amazing. I had to look at the last 2 several times because the colors didn't look 'real'.

Coming from Florida, the color didn't look real to me everywhere haha. This picture looked amazing to me:

Day after day I looked at these missing bolt covers on my fenders. I felt uneasy, incomplete, the laughing stock of the parking lot.

Finally, after searching high and low, I found out where to get them. The answer was not online, but at my local Nissan dealership. They cost me $8.xx each, and the push pins under a buck a piece. I had four missing (one on each fender). So it came to just over $33 bucks. I know, a waste of money to most, but I just felt like my fenders were an eyesore instead of a complement.

I'm very happy to say, to me, it's money well spent. It's too dark now for pictures, but I'm sure you can imagine what it looks like now - as it should! And eventually I'll throw up some pictures of my truck and you'll be able to see them. Now I am the shining star of all my parking lots haha.

That picture is off my phone, I pulled one off my GoPro for comparison. It's not of the same spot because I didn't have them both going at the same time, but it's the same creek.

I think the GoPro picked up the color better and more correctly, but my phone is what I carry around and show everyone, haha :P still, it's not far off and to me I am still very amazed and happy to have gotten to make my autumn trip to such a beautiful place!

Hope everyone had a safe and yummy Thanksgiving!
I know I haven't posted in a while, holidays will probably keep me busy. But I part of the frame and step rail flat black. Parked on a log, and shot a picture haha. You can see all the bolt covers in this photo are now in place.

Also bought new Rain-X windshield wipers size 20 inch instead of 19's. I wanted to try a bigger size. Only complaint is that the passenger wiper doesn't keep contact all the way down on the far right side. :/

Anyone know if D22 Navara Aussie parts will fit these American trucks? What won't fit? I tried several searches but didn't come up with diffinitive proof.
I was wanting to do the Snorkel for one thing. Maybe do some other Navara mods.

Also, any thoughts on installing some Limb-risers? I might do that too eventually if I can figure out what to do about not having a roof rack on a King Cab. Plus having a rollbar and roof rack might look a bid gaudy so not sure yet. Opinions?

Here's a picture of the same day before painting the step rails and frame flat black. I'm much happier, but will definitely go back and do more coats when I get the time after the holidays.
Can't wait to do the rear bumper too.
