aside from the wider track...more travel...much more reliable than spacers/adapters...might turn out cheaper if you find them cheap...and looks cooler...lol!

spacers have lug nuts too. adapters are just spacers with a different lug pattern on the outside lugs. i.e. from a 6 on 4.5 to 6 on 5.5. i think you might be talking about "hub centric"where they machine little lips that help align the spacer as apposed to just the lugs holding it in place.

i was talking about in california actually i dont know why i figured you guys would assume that sorry ahaha...cause hawaii no one gives a **** about wheels sticking out, but in california there are some problems with it. im shipping my truck there for school starting in august, and was wondering if i will get crap for having them stick out that far in cali.

im not too familiar with wheel spacers/adapters. if the frontier has a 6 and 4.5 lug pattern, would these adapters be compatible? would they widen the track like spacers?

I just bought 2 sets of the ezaccessory.com ones, but got them through their ebay store instead for a total of $161 rather than $194.97 through their website. eBay Motors: Wheel Billet Adapters Xterra Frontier Pathfinder Spacer (item 270237358700 end time May-20-08 21:13:53 PDT)

i have the ones from fred groeske , you should buy new open lug nuts , i put the stock rims on with the spacers , when i set the truck down i popped one of the lug nuts cause they were to short and the tension made them bust , and it happened to be the wheel lock lug nut , luckly it busted all the way through lol
