I originally had my sliders blot on. After I did the body lift I cut the brackets and welded them higher on the frame.
I prefer bolt on because it is so much easier to repaint. Witch I have to do every few months.

Finally got them finished with a final total of about $410. $225 shipped, $75 for powder coating (free pickup and delivery) and $110 for welding (wish I had my own welder) vs. shrockworks with only three braces and black powder coat shipped to my door for $570 and change.

Finally had time to prime/rustoleum the rock sliders. Passenger side did no come out so well since i used the new can on it first. Did not shake it up as well as i thought and thought it was normal. Then shook it up more and it started looking like paint. :smt017 But anyways i did the drivers side pretty good. I don't plan on painting them. I need to work on my other 3 skid plates before i get back to the rock sliders.
![]() ![]() ![]() Passenger ![]() and of course one of the kegs that was saved from being dumped into the lawn. Both kegs were half full. Too bad nobody we knew wanted free beer. ![]() Total price was 480.00. I got ripped a new one from the place that welded these on for me. 280.00 to get these welded on in 4.5 hours. BS. I should have got the prewelded ones if i knew they would fit. I'm not happy how they welded mine. They are too dam close to the body and there is no doubt that ill get some parking lot damage to the door. The rock sliders are not far out enough to protect my door from opening doors.
