Post Shockworks T-case skild

I am about to buy a TK skid off an xterra, When someone smarter then me (super6turbo4) pointed out that the price of the TK skid is different for the frontier. Someone please measure your Shockworks TK skid so that I can find out what the differance is.

Shrockworks.com lists the same part number and price for the transfer-case skid for both the frontier and xterra. Are you sure you are looking at the 05+ skids?

When I first looked at the site I thought they where the same tile Matt (super6turbo4) told me look again.

the part number has a ? in it. On the web site there is a drop down menu to select between the two.

wow, I could have sworn that wasn't there yesterday when I looked. lol.
I'd say call Shrockworks and ask, then post up what you learned.
I just bought a engine/diff skid off a Xterra guy, luckily they are the same, thanks for pointing this difference out, Now we just have to find out what the difference is!

I was kind of wondering why he only had 1 skid. I would have bought them all from him if I knew he was selling them all.

what do you think is the most important skid to have other than the engine/diff. skid? I want to buy 3 to get the 10% off, but I'm not sure if I have the $$, I may just have to buy 1 at a time.

I think the trans because their is nothing covering it, but Shockworks suggested the t-case because it sets so low.
Thier is no way I could drop $500 on skids at one time.
